We picked up new cards at Kapital yesterday and I asked Porfirio if they were accepting bank transfers from US or Canada and he said for a short time they were, then they had a glitch but he was expecting it to be resolved in a few days ( Mexico days) and that he would send me a email when they were available for out of country money transfers.
