After trying everything on the Macbook and Starlink, I wondered if Starlink was not talking to the Macbook.
So I started a Support Ticket found in Account Profile > Messages and a very efficient AI bot walked me thru the problem in no time.
On the Macbook, under WiFi settings, I had to remove the listed DNS servers, then Renew DHCP lease. and issue resolved.
Kudos to Starlink - great AI support!
