Good afternoon, We purchased a car (2009 Jetta) with Nayarit plates. The Nayarit plates are in the process of being cancelled. Can someone please tell me the name of the closest place to get Jalisco plates and transfer the car into my name?

Any helpful hints would also be welcome.
