MEW this summer, I'm starting 15-minute Caturday Channel Meditation Sessions every Caturday all summer long. Starting June 6 you can start a mew meditation practice!

Caturday Meditations will be short, sweet and powerful from 8:30 to 8:45 a.m. Mountain Time. All of these sessions are available by Zoom (even if you live in La Manz) and are donation-only. The Zoom link is on our Yoga with Cats Schedule Page and you can just click and join any Caturday that calls you.
