My Ford Ranger AC repair/refrigerant refill was attempted at 3 locations (1 in Toronto, 2 in PV)--with only temporary success.
Finally success because of an new compressor install and gasket replacements at:
REMA Refrigeracion, at the corner of:
Constitution Y Reforma Agraria,
Manzanillo

In Manzanillo, it is well past the Home Depot, turn left at the Best Western Hotel.
