November 7 at 6 pm we will be hosting a charity fundraiser to kick off the season.

This is for all the early birds, full timers and locals to have some fun, good food and to put a little money in the coffers of the organizations that help La Manzanilla year round.

Dinner at 6:30 will be a Texas-style BBQ with smoked brisket, ribs, coleslaw, pasta salad and dessert. Followed by dancing from 7ish to 10 featuring Chava!

Bar will be available with the first two drinks included and by suggested donation of 50 pesos afterwards (beer, tequila and margaritas).

Tickets are 500 pesos and all profits will go to the charity of YOUR choice. Each person will get a slip of paper to write in their preferred charity (Ambulance service, Peluditos’ spay & neuter clinic, Maternity Clinic, Catalina Foundation, Otra Vez hurricane or medical relief funds, Youth Futbol, or anything else you can think of), the profits will get distributed based on your selections!

This is being held at our home which is right behind the Aztec Restaurant.

FYI: We think we can host about 50 people for this event, if ticket sales are high, we may relocate to another spot. If they’re low, bring your appetite!
