Housesitter Wanted May-September

Looking for responsible and capable adult to house sit this summer in exchange for doing minor maintenance projects. We have a large 3+ floor house in a quiet neighborhood with a pool that we stay in 8 weeks or so a year, but rent out when we are not here. Sitter will reside on the main floor (our personal "Apartment), but will have access to the all 3 floors. We will still advertise to rent out the other floors during the summer, but it is the slow season, so you would only expect to share the hacienda perhaps 2-4 times all summer long, and we would NOT expect you to interact with the guests (our property manager does that), and would only share the pool/palapa area with them. But, you could expect to have the entire place to yourself the entire summer! The chores/maintanence would be in the neighborhood of 10-20 hours per week and include things like: 1. spot deep cleaning. 2. Conditioning (applying protectant/stain of exposed wood surfaces (doors, cabinets, railings). 3. Organization of linens and supplies for each floor.
Sitter would have the use of a bicycle. We have Starlink internet for fast dependable WiFi. A full description of the house can be found at:
