Two subjects: egg quality and trail to the arroyo

At home in Chimacum, we have a small flock of chickens who give us splendid rich eggs. Eggs are an important part of our diet. The eggs we bought at one of the stores on Main Street were pale and runny and not so appetizing. Where in La Manzanilla can one buy eggs one want to eat?
And, another question … how easily found is the trail to the waterfall these days? We have not been there in years, forgot about it really, but would like to find the waterfall again.
