La Manzanilla House-Sitter wanted for summer months

Free rent in exchange for small household chores and maintenance. We have a beautiful large home (which is often rented out as a whole, or can also be rented out as 3 separate floors, each with own kitchen)in the hills above town with a pool and looking for a responsible, capable adult (or couple) to "man the place" while we are gone. Starlink Wifi is super fast and reliable. Responsibilities would include 10-20 hours per week of minor maintenance such as re-organization of linens and housewares, spot painting or staining, spot cleaning/refurbishing, etc... Although the other two units of the estate will continue to be advertised to rent out during the summer, typically because it is off-season we only expect to have 3-4 bookings during the entire summer (mostly locals from Colima or GDL) so you can pretty much expect to have the entire place to yourself.
