Help with nonstop bus to PV

Difficult to get correct info for this non-Spanish speaker. When I call the bus company, no one speaks English. And Different websites show different schedules. Basically, we seek a nonstop bus from Melaque-PV that gives us enough room to make a 5:50 pm Sunday flight. The best choice I find leaves us little room for error, leaving Melaque 11:20 and takes 5 hours to reach PV. Questions: 1. Does the nonstop bus really take 5 hours? 2.
