Ambulance not in service yet

Yesterday the ambulance received 6 calls from people needing help. In every post I've written, I've tried to be clear that we aren't ready to be in service yet. Tonight at 6 we start our first refresher training for the crew, and La Huerta officials were here Wednesday to help with processing the paperwork. Right now we have no insurance and no plates, and we haven't completed the required inspection trip to Autlan. We're waiting for an appointment. If for any reason we were caught transporting patients before this is completed, they would take away our ambulance. As soon as we complete this process, I'll notify everyone so that you can call us to serve you.I heard some people say to call Melaque for an ambulance. Actually, Melaque doesn't have a service. They have bomberos (firemen) and multiple trucks, but my understanding is that there is no ambulance. If you need help, follow Spenser's advice--call 911!
