Hotel Punta Serena & Resorts

Does anyone know what is going on over at Punta Serena? Their website has been down for a week and a half and we are having travel agents tell us that they are closed yet when I call the main phone number for Blue Bay and Punta Serena they answer it and we finally got an email from them after we sent several inquiries for a reservation for next winter but we're just worried as to what's going on. Anyone with info that can reply back would be greatly appreciated.
