Hello Greek food fans! This week you are in for what may be a new dish for some of you. I am making pastitsio. A glorious meal of ground beef simmered with clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, garlic, red wine and tomato, baked with pasta and freshly grated Parmesan. All topped with a nutmeg and brown butter bechamel. You will love it Tomorrow, Friday in front the The Lab, and the bookstore. 9 until it’s sold out
