As the sun filtered through the palm fronds, the eclipse showed up on the ground all over the place.

Thanks for sharing the photos. How did it feel when it was happening? Was it eerie? Up here in the northwest it was so overcast that the partial eclipse was not noticeable.

Yes, it was kind of eerie. It darkened quite a bit and got cold. Probably dropped about 5 deg. Celcius. Got a little quieter as well.
