Does anyone know the scientific/meteorological reason for the colder ocean water in La Manzanilla now or the recurring red/brown/green tides that are happening now?

Hey Raul, Good seeing you last night, even momentarily. El Nina returns, kicking out warmer, moister El Nino is what i understand influences sea water temp. I'll be interested to see what any share re the rainbow tides you describe.
