I've bought quite a few tires over the last few years from Ernesto and have always been happy with the price and service. He'll quote you several different brands and usually receives them in a few days. Leaving town, he's the shop on the right just past the vado on Lazaro Cardenas where there's a slight bend in the road.

As well..good price..good tires..he is
great...comes to your house if you need help
or have a flat..and supports our neighbors
which is always a good thing for the town
