Buenos dias. Been a little smoky here with burnings around, but good news is the ocean has its beautiful blue color back! And yoga is scheduled for this Saturday at 8am - it will be at Casa Luz for the month of May (Thank you Little Tree).

The Online Summer Series Yoga playlist has a new video. 2/10 videos for you to enjoy if you can't make it to a physical class. 50-60 minute Hatha Yoga with all the sounds of La Manzanilla included. You can email me on how to receive access, yogaconlolita@gmail.com

Warmer temps and clear calm waters, this is the beach weather I've been looking forward to!

I'll be teaching Saturday, June 1 at Casa Luz (8am). Casa Luz is located on Calle Boca Del Río 75. We have mats free to use. I also am available for private in home yoga.

See you at Casa Luz at 8 am for Hatha Yoga with strength. The following week, class will be on Wednesday 6/19. Class will be cancelled the following Saturday 6/22.

I also have a yoga summer playlist with 5 out of 10 up and ready to enjoy. Videos are 50-60 minutes and in Hatha Yoga style. If you're interested in subscribing please email yogaconlolita@gmail.com. You'll be able to access and watch as much as you want.
