New soccer/futbol season

Training has begun for the new season and coach Agape is on the field with the kids getting them ready.

Coach would like to replenish some of the equipment (balls, cones, etc) and fund some league fees. We are looking to raise up to $10,000 pesos to kick off the season.

Donations can be taken directly by Agape at Tres Hermanas Tacos, sent through me using PayPal or Venmo (US $) or Interac (Canadian $) at scmbcolby@gmail.com. I can also accept a direct transfer to my Intercam account in pesos using Wise (lowest fee option, please email me for details).

Hola. A worthy cause for a worthy activity. Thank you Spencer and, of course, Agape.

Agape coaches over a 100 young players along with their tag-a-long little brothers and sisters.

They start playing tomorrow, Saturday, at 9:00 AM here locally. They are a kick to watch.

Hey Spencer. You may have noticed I sent you an email re donating via WISE. Happy to help out Agape and the lads again this season. Hope they're not feeling too gutted along with the rest of the country after Mexico was put out of the COPA America tournament.

Love this community! And so ..Otra Vez made a pledge of 5,000 pesos to be hopefully matched by more coming in with…more! And lo and behold today during my bookstore shift a person entered the bookstore and handed me the other 5,000….and I put the whole 10,000 pesos in Agape’s hands at closing! He was grateful and I was bowled over!

Hey Mr. Colby. Just wondering if there's a website that has the local game scores, standings, etc. Would love to keep track of how Agape and the lads are doing this season before our arrival.
