Mexico and the USA have let Mateo down by failing to advance in Copa America, but Canada has seemingly advanced. So come drown in your sorrows or celebrate the final three days of Crocodile Bar and Cabanas in its current location--which is still accesible!
Here's the plan:
Wednesday, July 3 Food menu: Nachos, 110 pesos, starting at 5:30 p.m. Drink menu: Corona, Victoria, red wine, white wine, margaritas. Drink special: 2x1 happy hour from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. This way, in the future, all the thousands of folks who had complained about Mateo never offering a happy hour can shed a tear of joy knowing it was offered July 3, 2024.
Thursday, July 4 Food menu: Grilled hamburgers and fries, 130 pesos, 6 p.m. Drink special: The Supreme Court of the United States recently granted Mateo complete immunity for all snarky comments about folks who, on the dates of July 3-5, 2024, arrive with their own food at the Crocodile Bar. How is this a drink special? If you show up with your own food, you may purchase a shot of Cazadores tequila for Mateo so he will feel special.
Friday, July 5 FINAL NIGHT oF CROCODILE BAR AT ITS CURRENT LOCATION Rick and Paul's sweet music, 6 p.m. Food menu: Spaghetti with green sauce and grilled chicken breast, 150 pesos Drink special: If you show up July 5, you can come back on July 6 with your own food and drink. Mateo will announce future location of Crocodile Bar and Cabanas at sunset.
