Yoga with Cats 2024-2025 Season plus Reflexology

Hi Everyone, The 2024-2025 season at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center (Yoga with Cats!) starts Monday, Oct. 28. Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center is located at 124 Playa Blanca, 2 blocks from Martin's Restaurant.
The Meow Mix of classes include: YogaMix: A fun mix of yoga that helps you meowlax into your body and breathing. Discover something mew about yourself in this light-hearted class. Mon, Wed and Fri 8:30-9:15 and 9:45-10:30 a.m.
YogaStrong: Open, strengthen and release on all levels of your being with an inmeowvative combo of strength and stretch. Tues & Thurs 8:30-9:15 a.m.
GentleYoga: Meowlax into the breath and experience a deeper opening in the muscles and mind. Tues & Thurs 9:45-10:30 a.m.
All classes are available by zoom. Currently we are Mountain Time but will be Central Time starting Nov. 3.
Class pricing: 150 pesos/$10 USD per class; 750 pesos /$50 USD for a 6-pack (buy 5 and get one free). Plus our YogaPawsome Deal, which is 1000 pesos/$65 USD for unlimited monthly classes. MEW THIS YEAR: You can use Dunkin' Donuts Midnight Coffee as currency! 1 bag = 1 class or 150 pesos off package deals or reflexology.
Reflexology is available all year long. Sessions are 1 hour and 600 pesos at the studio or 800 pesos at your location. Contact Karen for an appointment (contact info below). Just wanted to let people know that with the construction going on in the jardin (town center), you may have to take an alternate route to Bending Tree Yoga. If you are coming from the jardin you will have to take Tamarindo or Maria Asuncion and make a right on Boca del Rio to get to Playa Blanca.
