Help with new apple ipad

I’ve tried believe me! Tony Fix helped yesterday..I got it a bit more today…but not loading correctly! If you can assist me, please call 315-100-0844…..my old iPad is dying quickly due to no more storage and I have offed as much as I can, I think! Gracias
