We are very excited to host Krish and Ro for a sound bath at Casa Luz. Their beautiful mix of sounds and the ambiance that they create is both nourishing and relaxing. We will have yoga mats on the floor so you can lay down and absorb the sound or you can choose to sit in a chair. Either way, you will be bathed in delicious sounds for the hour. We start at 7:30. Reservations suggested but not required. 315-114-0065. Donation: 250 pesos

They create the sound in the moment, layering various patterns and sounds to make a rich experience for all who come to their events. I recommend you give it a try. You may find yourself feeling quite relaxed and open afterwards.
