Introduction to moving Qi Gong Monday Thursday 8:30 to 9:30. Tai chi Yang form Monday and Saturday 8:30 to 9:30. Classes held on second level of old Catalina Language School at top of hill on Pérula st. Free for those who want to learn to move chi through their bodies

Hello! Great to hear about your tai chi class. Did you know that we have created an events calendar to share these events so everyone will see?
Maybe you could post this on the event calendar so everyone will see it and give the event more exposure. Your post will eventually move down off the page and people won't see it as more posts come along.

Just wondering if the introduction to Qi Gong classes are still being held on Thursday mornings at the old La Catalina School. We went this morning for 8:30 but didn't find anyone around. Thanks in advance for your update!
