Slow Flow and Restore Yoga, with Sherene, Thursdays 11AM
Rooftop Cinema: "THE WAR BETWEEEN US"< A film by Anne Wheeler who will introduce the film and offer a Q AND A after the film.

I’m looking forward to welcoming you this morning, December 12, to the bright and airy rooftop palapa of Casa Luz. We will come together at 11am to share a lovely Slow & Gentle yoga practice. This is a great class for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

Yoga doesn’t care when the last time you practiced was - yesterday, six months ago or never. Yoga doesn’t care about our lifestyle, our beliefs, our flexibility - yoga is just about showing up 💚✨
