About a Sufi Zikr

Following the Death & Dying Cafe presentation we will have the opportunity to participate in a Sufi Zikr lead by Leilah Be. The Zikr is a living moving dance of intention. We will be guided in gentle movements in a circle of friends and recite simple chants with positive uplifting messages to ourselves and the group. A powerful way to come closer to our deepest selfs.
