Yoga Retreat

Do any of the yoga operators offer a 4-5 day yoga retreat in La Manzanilla. I’m living here in Mexico and looking for a week Retreat in an ocean town.

Vicki, Check out our schedule here on the message board. ( CASA LUZ). We have 6 yoga classes per week plus dance and Feldenkrais. More to come in January!

Hi Vicki, Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center -- Yoga with Cats! offers classes 6-days per week and other services include Reflexology, ThetaHealing and Meditation. Plus private sessions are available. I've included my website here that lists all services and studio details. There might not be a formal retreat here, but it is possible to piece together some relaxation and reflection time with services available.
