Leek and Butternut Squash Bisque … Creamed Spinach Shrimp and Pesto Aioli Crostini,

Shaved Fennel and Orange pomegranate Salad / Passionfruit Vinaigrette.

Sorbet of Mango and Coconut.

Chateaubriand Filet Mignon…Seared and roasted ( medium rare or requested temperature )…Demi Glacé & Bearnaise sauces…potato pave and Asparagus…

Or

Lobster, Leek and Saffron Risotto/arborio rice simmered in seafood broth, white wine and Asparagus…Manchego and Parmigiana Cheese…

Vegetarian Risotto upon booking request appreciated.

Just did their Chrsitmas day dinner last night - a fabulous gastronomic feast by Chef Greg. Highly recommended!
And as a bonus, Chido Rivera band provided music.
Cost was 950p for 4 courses
