Happy holidays, all! This is a reminder that you are invited to a 30-minute guided Vipassana meditation this Friday, December 27, at Casa Luz from 4:00 to 5:00.
This guided meditation is for all levels, so if you've ever been curious about meditation or just want the opportunity to meditate in a group setting, please join us. Chairs, mats, and blankets for seating will be provided.
Donation requested but not required. Hope to see you there!
