Café Calcetín

We had a real treat yesterday- breakfast at Cafe Calcetín. The coffee was excellent, and the Mango Lassi too, but the real standout was the Chilaquiles con Huevos. It was outstanding- the best I have ever had. The sauce is a rich mix of red and green- so delicious! Highly recommended! Located in beautiful surroundings on the beach at Bambú Paradise, where the whole structure is made of bamboo. Bambú Paradise is 2 lots before Mangle Rojo on the road to Boca. Congratulations Roberto, Laura, and family!
