I am so sorry for the late notice on this cancellation; I've kept hoping that this knee will allow me to get back to teaching. With regrets, I've decided to allow another week to rest and, hopefully, to repair this ligament.
So let's meet 9:00a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 2, 2025!

My error ... I'm confident I'll be returning to the mat on MONDAY, JANUARY 6, 2025 (not the 2nd). Sorry for the bleep.
I'm SO looking forward to being there with those of you who have an interest in this style/form of yoga.
