He says "arre con la que barre", which is a kind of Spanish rhyme. It’s like saying Okie-dokie" in English

Yes, the burger is good! Loads of toppings. I notice all the Mexicans put crumbled Ruffles potato chips on theirs- just one of the condiments he offers
