With Dra. Gabi's blessing, it's back to the mat for regular classes starting January 6, 2025! Join me Monday and Thursday mornings, 9:00-10:30 upstairs and under the palapa at Casa Luz - Calle Boca del Rio #75. There couldn't be a more open and peaceful space in which to study this ancient and always-fascinating practice of yoga.
