Crocodile Bar, old site

Hi ... I'm wondering what if anything has moved into the previous site of the Crocodile Bar. It is really convenient for us to walk down the hill to that location for entertainment and food, but not if it's vacant now.

One of the sons of the original owner is building and supposedly it will be a restaurant. It is in progress now.
