I am excited to invite you to Nia, a fun and transformative body-mind-spirit experience! Discover the Joy of moving to a unique blend of dance, martial and healing arts. This week we awaken our creativity, senses and soulfulness with the warm latino vibe of “Aya” by Carlos Rosas, the co-founder of Nia. All welcome 💃🏻🕺🏻 ! Move at your own pace as different levels of intensity are provided throughout. Bare feet or indoor shoes only please.
