Mantra Chanting Wednesday 4-5PM, Casa Luz, with Little Tree

We will gather in a circle and chant Mantra for one hour. I have chantbooks available for you to use. The music will be a mix of mantra call and response singers. No experiene necessary. The chants are repititive and easy to learn.
Come and sing, dance, or lie on a blanket and absorb the delicious frequencies of the sanskrit sounds.

4-5 PM at Casa Luz
