Tomorrow, Friday, is our 42nd wedding anniversary and we’re wondering which among the many restaurants in La Manzanilla is especially anniversary-suitable. Usually we dine in our casa or among the sidewalk diners but for one special night we would like to go somewhere … special. Our tastes while in Mexico are decidedly towards the local cuisine. Thanks!

... at Lora Loka tonight was just fabulous ... so very tasty, no ... more than tasty, muy rico ... delicious. The staff was accommodating and pleasant, and the view ... well, sunset on the beach??? What more could one ask?

Chantli Mar in Boca. Away from the crowds. Make reservation. That’s where I’d go.

Martin’s I’d great for a special occasion. We do my husbands birthday and our anniversary there. Many festive dishes to order to make the night special.

Definitely Chantli Mare. Reserve a romantic table and the food is 5 star.
