Yoga con Lola - Friday schedule & Special Event

Friday at Casa Luz, I offer two back to back Hatha Yoga with strength classes at 9:15am and 10:30 am. Each class will have space for 16 participants. Plan to come 10-15 minutes early. Krish and Ro are returning Sunday, February 16. We will offer Gentle Yoga with their live healing sounds. It's a beautiful way to spend a Sunday morning, realigning the vibrations in the body.
