Pedro of Pedro's on the beach came to the rescue of a friend of mine when she got stung by a ray this afternoon . He knew exactly what to do, including going way put past the graveyard to get the right herbs! After an hour or so the pain had settled down a great deal. Thank you Pedro.

Those herbs with the purple flowers used to grow abundantly beside the arroyo just before Martin's, but they may have been removed with the big construction there.

Taking care of pain is one important factor but getting the wound cleaned of the bacteria that stingrays have in their stinger is super important because it can lead to serious infection. I recommend going to clinic and finish the care. Antibiotics are recommended. P.S. I’m a chiropractor who doesn’t usually recommend antibiotics but after my experience I do in this instance.
