Nia "the Joy workout" is back at Casa Luz Saturdays at 9:30am! Tomorrow we move to the African music based "Waka Waka". Come strengthen your body while uplifting your spirits! This combination of world music with dance, martial and healing arts provides exciting mind-body fitness, as well as a rich movement vocabulary for free dance and self-expression.
