No money from the machine in the jardin but was charged by my bank. What to do?

The same thing happened to me in December using a BMO bank card. It was finally returned to my account but it took 2 months after I phoned the number on the back of the card!
I'm sorry to hear of your problems and that it's still happening! - so frustrating for travelers who are counting on being able to access their money!
