In Nia, we use the body to uplift the mind, emotions and spirit. By joining movement with intention, visualization, imagery and expressiveness we inspire emotions to emerge for an experience of depth, meaning and purpose.
Casa Luz is the gorgeous upstairs palapa studio at 75 Boca del Rio.
