All love surround Mateo and his neighbor...Crocodile bar and clamping just burned down as well as the house next door!

Oh, Mateo, all you hard and wonderful work to rise again. I am SO sorry. May all the angels be with you. I hope you and Steve and others are unscathed. My heart aches for you all.

Everyone was able to get out okay thankfully and Mateo has made sure all the guests have a place to stay. The fire department is still putting out hot spots so please stay away for a while and let them finish up.

Oh Mateo, Family and Crocodile Bar Family,

We are SO SO sorry for Your loss. We are SO saddened by this awful news.

I saw the fire at 4 am that morning, from our house, and immediately called 911, since I knew it was not one of those planned fires and its mere size and location, I knew I had to notify the police. They told me it had already been reported and that a unit was on their way.

I witnessed all summer and fall, driving by, how you transformed an empty lot to a haven for us all to enjoy and get together.

Yes, you will rise, again, like the Phoenix you are.

Retire? Mateo? I think never…LOL

Again, SO sorry Mateo.

Anneli and Guillermo
