As so many people have left, I'm wondering if there will be enough participants to hold my Somatic WAve™Fascia Release class this Wednesday March 19th from 11-12:30pm at Casa Luz.

In this class you learn to release adhesions that cause pain and limit mobility, and surf antigravity along opened energy lines into Yoga poses and improved posture.
