The "spirit of Nia" encourages you to move authentically, meaningfully and fully embodied.
This approach then transfers over into our lives more and more - accepting, being, expressing who we are.
"Bloom" is a beautiful, lively, bold routine and a great example of "the spirit of Nia". I hope to share it with you tomorrow as this may be the last of the season.
