Final week of IYENGAR yoga (for this season)

As 'the days dwindle down, to a precious few,' snowbirds fly north and numbers in yoga classes 'dwindle down.' We will meet MONDAY, MARCH 31 and THURSDAY, APRIL 3. For those of you who might have been curious, now's a good time to try out the style of yoga developed and refined by B.K.S. Iyengar. Small classes means lots of opportunity for individual attention. One of the beauties of this style of yoga is that Mr. Iyengar taught us to teach those who stand before us rather than reel off a series of asanas according to some pre-determined plan. Come.
