Bending Tree Yoga -- Yoga with Cats! is switching to a spring/summer schedule! Our center is located at 124 Playa Blanca, 2 blocks from the jardin.
Re-energize, rejuvenate and re-invent starting meow. Check out our MEW CLASS ENHANCEMENTS — all the things you need to build strength, creativity and pawsitivity from the inside out that lasts. Classes are 150 pesos or $10 USD; 6-pack of classes is 750 or $50 USD and YogaPawsome Deal (monthly unlimited) 1000 pesos or $65 USD
CURRENT SCHEDULE TUES: 9-9:45 a.m. Mood Booster + YogaFlow: Re-energize with a little breath-to-mewvement practice that connects body, mind and spirit.
WED: 9-9:45 a.m. Just Breathe + YogaMix: Rejuvenate with different breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and help you go deeper in the muscles and the mind. This will be combined with a YogaMix class that will include some inmeowvative stretches and posture combos.
THURS: 9-9:45 a.m. Stamina Builder + YogaStrong: Re-invent meowself with a practice focusing on strength and balance. We’ll build a base and go from there.
SAT: 9-9:45 a.m. Special Combo Class: Get a taste of 3 mew class enhancements all in one session!
GOING ON MEOW — MAY-SEPT. Yoga on Call: If any of these days/times don’t work for you, you can pick one that does! Contact Karen to schedule a “Yoga on Call” class for the same price.
