Gentle Exercise Class Starts June 2nd

Come join us for a gentle outdoor exercise class Monday through Friday from 8am – 9am. It will be held on my property (Playa Dorada #201) just past La Catalina Foundation. The cost is 40 pesos per class. The instruction is in Spanish. Bring a towel and water to drink.

The exercises are from the naturopathic doctors in El Grullo, designed to stimulate the lymphatic system.

Come try it out!
