Good afternoon.

We are writing to inform you that effective immediately we are no longer able to send funds to the following recipient banks in Mexico:

Intercam BancoCIBancoVector
This is as a result of multi-jurisdiction government investigations. Ultimately, these banks have been defined as having systemic issues resulting in high level of risk relating to Anti Money Laundering. More specifically, drug trafficking.

Once systemic shortfalls are rectified and internal controls are in place, we will reinstate

In 2012 HSBC Mexico paid $1.9B USD fine for having inadequate safeguards in place to prevent the money laundering that took place.
