In search of 4 to 6 week rental

We are an active, retired, Canadian couple looking for a six week rental from mid January and all of February 2026. We are nonsmoking, no pets, and would need to be within walking distance to the beach / town centre. We are looking for a unit with one or two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and an outside space for relaxing. Please let me know of any options. Thank you in advance.

I have rented for two months on Playa Blanca Street a three bedrooms unit #5 in the Villa del Valle complex. I am paying only for one bedroom but there is two other bedrooms available in the unit. It is an a small complex of five units in the proximity of everything in town and about two or three minutes from the beach. There is a pool in the complex.
If you would be interested, we could have a conversation together or even have a meeting if ever you are from Québec.
