I don't know if the bills are in town yet but if you have a debit/credit card and a smartphone you can pay the bill very easily with the CFE Contigo app. The bill does not need to be in your name. Just an FYI.

James, thank you for telling me about the app, but I don't use my phone for paying bills. I'm old school and that drives my kids crazy, LOL
